so specify the time of the simulation in multiples of 100 years

work very carefully when upgrading inputs from the version 1.6.7;  (comments made on 3.1.2013)
- fbc file may contain bc condition prescribe inside the area, which is ignored in 1.7.0 
- there is the constant sigma which is describing the transfer between cracks and volume
  this used to be defined 'by hand' directly into ngh file (see old documentation)
- mtr file may contain regions which does not exist (this is now ignored and only warning is produced in 1.7.0)
- mtr file may contain inputs which are not used in the problem (this is now ignored and only warning is produced in 1.7.0)
      (e.g. storativity in steady problem, density, sorption parameters when sorption is switched off etc.)
